If you would like to enroll in Internet Banking, click on “Enroll” in the upper right corner of the page, and then complete the registration form.  Once the form has been submitted the BankSouth Information Systems department will review your registration and, if approved, provide you with a confirmation email that will allow you to proceed. 

If you can’t remember your Internet Banking username, please call Information Systems.  

If you can’t remember your Internet Banking password, you can click “Forgot your Password” within Internet Banking and a temporary password will be emailed to you or you can call Information Systems and a temporary password will be provided. 

The standard FDIC insurance amount is $250,000 per depositor.   However, additional insurance coverage may be available depending upon the account ownership type.

Please visit www.fdic.gov or speak with a BankSouth client service representative for more information about the types of insurable deposit products that are covered by FDIC insurance and the amount of deposit insurance coverage that may be available under FDIC’s different ownership categories.

BankSouth does not have an ATM at either of our locations. However, BankSouth clients can use their SHAZAM Chek Debit Card to withdraw funds at any ATM that is available to them. 

Yes, the daily limit is $500 per day and no more than $300 per day may be withdrawn in cash. 

A transaction can be declined if you have exceeded your daily transaction limit, if your account has insufficient funds, if you entered your PIN incorrectly, or if the merchant’s payments processing machine malfunctioned. 

For lost or stolen SHAZAM Check Debit Card, please contact Information Systems Monday thru Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
